I got to make a 9th move even with that "stupid positional mistake" which is more than you can say about your last game at the Riga Open.
Modern top GM has about 2700. Wan Wely and top GM? LOL He have been played in Wijk aan Zee tournaments mostly because they were in Netherlands.

That Wan Vely - Topalov game is quite long and white did not lose in opening.

I would prefer to resign on 9th move making one mistake then playing game consisting of 40 moves when almost each second move is mistake.

I did mean that`s why he did play in such a top Gm tournaments as Wijk an Zee. The fact that he have played against top GM does not make him top GM. Definitely he is much smaller unit then was Petrosian, Fischer, Larsen....

I think that everyone here should realize that when Korch speaks he is the oracle of all things chess here. Why beat your heads against the Kremlin wall. His word is to chess what God is in the Bible. For shame all you dissenters. Genuflect now to Korch and ask for chess forgiveness he has spoken oh Great one 🙁((

Donner (who has won several top GM tournaments) actually was well know for losing many miniatures.
