There are no real holes, only responses which are more likely to take FD players out of their dark-square trenches and into less conventional or more open games. The KIA and the Reti Gambit seem very suited to that approach - oh, and someone played 4.b3 against me in the Advance the other day (still in progress), which I'm sure is dubious because it virtually invites Black to lock the centre where his light-squared deficiency is less important, but which is new and unsettling enough to me to take me out of my comfort zone. Psychology matters.

I know, but if black avoids it with ...Nf6 instead it's a classical, which is lame. 🙂

There the sac where instead of Bxe7 , white goes h4 :- It would be useful in blitz

Some people say the French is dull, but I've had no experience like that.

look over that game, should give you some ideas. Trust me though, French defense is as solid as they come and still gives you good play to win. If you're looking to neutralize White's play, pick up the petroff.
Here are my last 2 blitz games:

I've lost and won many games in both openings, but none were dull.
BTW: I looked over the game and I think he went wrong with Nxd4 in the opening. Although, that wasn't the main mistake in the game.

He ...[text shortened]... been played before castle and that Qc7 wasn't very good. But still a very interesting game.
