Oh ok, no problems.
Just try to play players slightly higher than your own rating - getting trounced by someone rated 500 points higher than you won't teach you anything.
Avoiding dropping pieces is probably the single most important thing - always look for opponents threats first before making your moves, using the analysis box as an aid.
