OTb depends more on instant and continual thought, and also memory and knowledge of openings and endgames etc. CC people who have no opening knowledge dont suffer as much if they use databases etc, so there are a few very obvious things which affect the rating - but a hell of a lot of others too.

corresponding ratings are typically much higher than o-t-b.
