Is it considered "unfair" claiming time out win?

If its a really good game then I'd like to keep playing but as was said before they know the time limit. I'm not a member so can't put the vacation sign on so when I had to go away for a few days I put a message asking nicely for them not to time me out but they did. It all depends on the person.

I have just used the time out for the first time. At the end of the day he knew the time limit but he still sent me a message squinnying that it was the only way I can win a game. I'll bet he likes timeouts when they come up for him. Go suck a dummy andyonekenobi
