How About.....
Nxd7 Rb7 [If Qxd7 Qxd7+ Kxd7 0-0-0+ Kc7 Kxb2 - And white wins a Rook]
But actaully thats all I got --- I've tried several other things but none of them seem to work...If you Move one of the knights Black has Qa5+ And if if you Castle 0-0-0 Black can use the bishop to put you in check...although they are not very powerful or forcing they are anyoying and it makes pins, etc difficult.

Kd3 Rc2 , Ka4 and the rook is trapped... but again, he has to fall for it... otherwise instead of taking the pawn he can just retreat...
BTW: I've found a way for white to win a pawn, but it is in 7 moves, so I guess it's not it.
Nh4 Rb8 Nc5 fxd5 Qxd5 Rg8 Nxe7 Qxe7 (if Kxe7 Re1+ wins queen) Qxb8+ and white's up a rook to a bishop. If the rook moves anywhere other than b8 to begin with then the Nc5 fxd5 Re1 or 0-0-0 and the bishop is won a move or two later with more material likely to come withing the next few moves. I think that would work.
Edit: It's late so I'm probably missing something. If this isn't right I'll probably give it another shot when I'm more awake.

i tried Similair moves but always Thought Qa5+ or Rxc2 could be tricky to deal with...
Ne7?? i assume you mean Nd7??
Fxd5 Re1??? Have you just left your Queening Hanging? [exd4] If you Have...YUM YUM!

White to move.
[fen]3qkb1r/p2bpp1p/2p2p2/4N3/3Q4/2N5/PrP2PPP/R3K2R w KQk - 0 1[/fen]
If 1...Bxc6, 2.Qxd8+ Kxd8 3.O-O-O+ wins an exchange, but not a piece
If 1...Qc7, 2.Nd5 seems to win a piece
However, 1...e5 appears winning for black, so 1.Nxc6 must be rejected.
1.Qxd7+ looks promising.
After 1...Qxd7 2.Nxd7 Kxd7 3.O-O-O+ white wins the rook, but black can play 2...Rxc2 and be ahead two pawns, so 1.Qxd7 fails.
1.Nxd7 looks like the best try.
After 1...Rb7 2.Nxf6+ exf6 3.Qa4 white appears to have an advantage, but has not won a piece.
Are you certain the position is correct?

A pure tactical problem should be solved after 6 or so moves at most.
BTW, I haven't found any forced move here, which is typical in this kind of problems.

I believe his puzzle is wrong I read the solution he gives and didn't agree with it.
This is his solution.
Not 1.Qxd7 Qxd7 2.Nxd7 Rc2!
But instead he gives 1.Nxd7 Qxd7 2.Qxd7 Kxd7 3.0-0-0+ picking up the rook.
I did not agree with his solution. This is the line I found
1.Nxd7 why does black have to take the knight?
1...Rb7 and now what?
So this is the line I think is best.
1.Nxd7 Rb7 2.Nxf6+ exf6 etc...
I put this into fritz and it gave me the exact same line.
1.Nxd7 Rb7 2.Nxf6+ exf6 3.Qa4 Re7+ etc...
So really there is no White Win a piece solution. Busted!
