If anyone tells me how to win this before I do it myself then we have agreed it shall be a draw.
I have never seen this before but I have 2N v lone P.
I know this sort of ending is an exception to the 50 move rule but is the pawn in the right place? can it be won?

Well i saw a lecture on this from chesslecture.com, the basic idea is to blockade the pawn with one of the knights and then to push the king into a corner using the king and the other knight,if i remember corectly you have to get the king into a position where he only has 2 squares to move back and forth and then bring the other knight to deliver checkmate, the pawn is needed so you don't stalemate you're opponent. Although i think in the given position the pawn is too far advanced. I think what I said is a bit basic but it might be helpful.
