Black should take with the King because the position is still complicated and there's a chance that White might go wrong. Taking with the Queen would give White a clear-cut winning positon and Black might as well resign.

And the Knight is lost anyway
Does anybody see anything better?

17.Bc3 Nf5 ( ... c5 is another chapter)
18.Bb5 c6
19.dxc6+ ?? bxc6
20.Qd3+ Qd6 and the position is unclear, if not better for black
White should play 19.Qd3 instead of 19.dxc6+, leaving black's queen en prise while holding the initiative.

i kind of like Qg3.
the bishops come alive, the black queen is in danger from Bg5, the white queen has two good pawns covered C7 & G7. also the Bb4+ now becomes available. the white queen also gives the weak F2 pawn some cover.
Qg3 opens white's game right up, but if there is a definite winning game with Qe3, then I'd definitely pick that one.

Qe3+ is the right move
