cause I worship and I serve only God.
Will you knock this s**t off?

i think the whole issue is quite important : should the chess champion be tested in front of the bright lights and stuck with the physical humanity of the opponent?

or should they simply play good moves on the board and have the advantage of (from wikipedia) "Toilets as Refuge : Because of the privacy associated with restrooms, they are perceived by some as places of solace. For example, one might go to the restroom at work simply to escape from the pressures of coworkers, or a school restroom to escape harassment by peers, or the restroom at home to escape domestic troubles. Because of the solace of restrooms, many people also bring books into them to read while or after defecating."?

where would it end? kramnik could make moves from a different country relayed via internet.

i think allowing unlimited toilet breaks in your own private toilet should be the limit chosen.

If that is addressed to me, it's because the idiot has made six posts in a row having nothing to do with the topic of the thread (really) in a lame attempt at trying to be funny. People who read the thread title might be under the misimpression that something is being posted in this thread worth reading regarding the Kramnik-Topalov situation. But one jerk insists on trashing the thread.

I know that when I play chess OTB, I drink a lot to help my nervousness. This, accompanied with a tighter bladder from the nerves send me to the bathroom very frequently. I'm sure a few people have thought it was suspicious, so I can sympathize with Kramnik. However, I see his behavior as very suspicious, and I think his uncompliance is immature if he's truely innocent.
I do not know what you players are talking about seeing that I have never seen a chess tournament little on played in one. I have played some online chess games and been low on time and could not wait any longer. I had to go. I had to let the clock run out or I just clicked resign. P.S. I must say that I am surprised that the rules allow a player to leave the board to pace or whatever.

We're not talking about a three minute blitz games here. These games last up to seven hours, and at that point with the 30 second increment could go on forever.

It would be surprising if you could find a bunch of chess players that can sit still for 4-7 hours without a break.

I cannot play a game with less then 20 mins. on the clock. I lost a game one time because I was running out of time. The time for that game was 45 mins. 45 sec. increment. Perhaps I have more stamina then you could believe. I have played EverQuest from 8 AM to 3 AM the next day.
