I would have to agree with you, I would think that a 600+ point difference would be impossible.

I am surprised by the number of people who have a higher Elo than RHP.

My USCF before I quit playing years ago was around 1880.

RHP just jumped back over 2000.

uscf 1607 as of 1992...14 years of no chess whatsoever...now at rhp 1694 whch is a bit inflated do to the fact i play mostly players a bit below my rating. But at age 65 I,m not going to get much above 1600.

Why you persist in telling this falsehood is beyond me; you have admitted that you have no USCF rating on the USCF website. And that means you have no OTB rating in the US and never did.
