I don't think that ratings based on training programs are as accurate as rating based on playing a good pool of players. There's more to chess than just tactics.

It's an old rating. Do you think you are as good today as you were then? Or do you think you are better today?
I'd like to say I'm better. Wouldn't be able to gauge how much though.
