I think we need to do more than just put out a second move suggestion; we should decide what opening we want to play as White. I'd opt for the Scotch and therefore play Nf3 but the Vienna or even the Bishop's opening might be go ...[text shortened]... anges) but would like to throw 2 Nc3 and 2 Bc4 out for discussion.
Assuming Nc6 I'd go with the Ruy. I'm more familiar with it than any other. However, it also leads to positional games oftentimes.
Isn't the Scotch highly tactical?

I was thinking Evans gambit if fritz is willing. Now that we have gone with e4 we might as well go gun ho :-)
