If you feel comfortable with an 'endgame' type of opening as white, try
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bxc6 dxc6 4.d4 ... most black players will gladly play 4. ... exd4 5.Qxd4 Qxd4 6.Nxd4 ... and think the game is a dead draw. But it is far from dead. Imagine all the pieces off the board, and white is far better.
