Put in the TOS that by subscribing, you're agreeing if you're "convicted" of cheating by a panel of unbiased RHP players after careful consideration of the evidence and a chance to defend yourself, you're out and you don't get your money back.
There's no reason why such a provision wouldn't be binding.

It's why I think bannings aren't so effective(they come back anyway).A better system would be to tag them and prohibit from tournaments.But that's just my opinion.

Besides,by tagging and prohibiting you destroy it just the same; no more tournaments and would you play a tagged player?It has the added benefit of subscribers having to pay for a second account if they want to start anew.
