Effectively, a player has been accused of cheating and that's against the TOC so I technically EMLasker's post and Skeeter's post could be referred for feedback.
Personally, I couldn't give a toss about someone using an engine. I think we should have some engines on the site to see how their ratings compare to some of the strong players here. A friend of mine tests engines on ICC and some of the games have been really interesting.

I think in case of reporting a suspected engine user, one has to contact the game mods. Not sure though.

2 of the posters in this thread (posts now removed) have been banned from the forums for a while for making (or reinforcing) accusations of cheating, the user who started it and one who should know better after frequent warnings.
Cheating accusations are not welcome in the forums - as has been stated already, if you have a concern about a user send private feedback to the game mods. Keep it out of the forums.
