Game 274008
One of my most embarrasing games. It was 11 PM (it is now) and I also made another serious blunder that night, losing a rook. That game's not fishished so can't show it to ya π
Originally posted by MoneyMaker7It was probably pretty embarrasing, because you didn't even play in it. π

Game 2702279
Here's an example of Queen out to early. I developed while driving him away. A pretty bad KG gambit blunder, he would have won had he just retreated his Queen early.
Originally posted by MoneyMaker7I think you're actually the one that played the worse move there. You should have played Nf3, not fxe5.

Hehe
Game 2717858
Last move was serious blunder. I had intended to trade rooks and win it with the bishop-knight imblance but it wasn't necessary. I had a horrible pawn position though, and it was forced so nice job on his part.

Well if the better player is that much more competent than black then yes they can win playing any first move!π
I'd like to see you play someone of similar rating with 1.h4.
It doesn't stop 1.h4 being plain stupid - for reasons I outlined above.

Therefore, you would probably win most games against me because you are a better player, have better tactical knowledge, strategic awareness, endgame play etc.
You would probably win most games against me even with the handicap of opening 1.h4. It wouldn't prove anything unless you played against someone of a similar rating.
A beginner may read this stuff & actually think 1.h4 isn't the worst 1st move for white!!!
If you followed up with 2.a4 I'd take you to the cleaners though, sonnyπππ

When you have a free slot I will play you an unrated set piece game from.
1. h4 .. e5 (or d5 take your pick);
2. a4!!
tried to challange you but you are fully taken.

I have a game free now...
HEALTH WARNING for beginners. Don't think this is good. I am playing this game at a decisive disadvantage but am rated 400 points higher than Squelchbelch so middle and end game technique rather than the opening could determine this.
