Depends on when and how I got tested. In 3rd grade I was tested "Highly Gifted". When I took an online IQ test years later I tested much lower.

IQ measures your ability to take IQ tests.
Chess skill is related to your performance in a complete information logical system.

They are not directly related, however they are probably both related to an underlying factor.

PS. 164

It seems, like in RHP ratings, that inflation is taking place. Probably that has to do with non-updated tests, and the fact that test content is becoming part of standard education.

IQ measures understanding. Surprisingly enough, you don't understand sentence structure even with your "IQ 156".

The distribution of reported IQ results is heavily skewed by two factors.

1) Misreporting. For example, I have no idea what my IQ is. I was joking with 164. Also if Jusuh can give me evidence of a 150+ score in a not online IQ test taken under test conditions I will eat, well I don't have a hat but something similar.

2) Select Reporting. Ignoring the first factor you must realise that those with exceptional or at least greater than average results would be much more likely to report them to the general public. Would anyone with a 92 want that known by everyone else?

Therefore take any results people 'claim' with a grain of salt.

PS. I was kidding before. My IQ is actually 4012.

After careful deliberation, I finally arrived at the point you were trying to make. However, don't try to draw attention away from your pathetic display of intelligence and seemingly bullsh1t report of your IQ.

I'm astonished that there's even a possibility of there being a chapter of Mensa in Finland.

do you know that formal IQ test measures only pattern recoqnization skill/ability. if I don`t write perfect english (i bet many non-native speakers have similar problems) does that mean Im dumb?

Yes. You can't recognize how to formulate a proper sentence. You can't count. And I quote you,
wohoo i m 16 recs
Total recs : 17

Total disregard for counting and grammar. You have to be able to recognize these things in your head before you can on paper(figuratively speaking). You can't do them on paper(figuratively speaking), so obviously something is wrong in your head. If there is a lack of understanding on such basic subjects, you're doomed to understand any far greater.
