As White I like the Smith-Morra Gambit (1 e4 c5 2 d4 cd 3 c3) although its total absence from any GM's repertoire (so far as I know) tells me that it probably isn't sound.

As Black I like the Dragon (1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 d6 3 d4 cd 4 Nd4 Nf6 5 Nc3 g6).
