I accept the facts that the astronimers are trying to count the stars, but since they can't they have to resort to guessing, just like they guess at how old each of the stars and clusters of stars are. They are too proud to just say they don't know.

You are still not addressing my point that you should not believe anything whatsoever that astronomers tell you, yet you seem to have been taken in by them on a very large scale. You even believe in the existence of galaxies. Your naivete is amazing.

Not a Galaxy but no argument from me.....also if the known universe and all it contained were only 6k light years or so across imagine how bright the night sky would be ? but we know otherwise not to mention the gravitational effect it would have on us

You do know that most of that video was computer generated animation?

I know it did not look back billions of years or that someone exactly counted out 10,000 galaxies too.

how do you figure? If the whole known Universe with all it contains were in a 6K light year bubble or sphere our night sky would be very bright with luminescence of all of the objects

Thank God that He stretched out the heaven so we can get some sleep.

So how long do you think it takes light to go from one side of our universe to the other?

Hopefully long enough to get a good night's sleep. 😏

I think Russel Humphreys is on to something in his young Earth old universe Cosmology. Basically it has to do with relativity and his theory is that the earth was in a white hole (opposite of a black hole) time on earth was 6 days while out in the universe millions of years could of past by. The Universe was not very big maybe 2 LY's across then as the bible said God stretched out the heavens. From our vantage point old universe. Nothing we see really refutes his theory stars and galaxies are redshifted which would have happened if time and space were stretched out. Also this would explain the mature galaxies seen where astronomers did not think they should be seen. The Galaxies would have been created on the same day or in the same week.
