Neither if he is reasonable.
If you cannot stand someone’s habits then that is not your fault.
Yes. It is generally against the law in NSW to treat you unfairly, or harass you, because:
you are gay or lesbian;
someone thinks you are gay or lesbian; or
because you have a relative, friend or work colleague who is gay/lesbian, or who someone thinks is gay/lesbian.

I'd say that refusing to travel with a co-worker because of aspects
that are a direct result of their sexuality would be construed as
unfair treatment.

Firstly I need to know if you have concentration problems.
And whether or not:
“genetic causes of a persons appearances
or behaviour is important in our decision making process and
subsequently how we treat minority groups”
?
-I do not agree with the latter and I don’t even know if the causes of dyslexia or tourrettes is genetic or environmental and, even if I did know, as I repeatedly indicated, what causes a disorder is IRRELEVANT to how we should socially treat it.

Hey!! Excuse me! Where did I say that?
All I said was it isn’t your fault cannot stand someone’s habits.
This does NOT mean that you shouldn’t make any attempt to learn to tolerate somebody’s presence despite your natural dislike for them.
But if you simply cannot help it if you simply cannot stand them ( despite all efforts to learn to stand them ) so you just don’t want to be with them because of this then fine -no problem -in that event it would probably be best if you keep away from them anyway as it would reduce the chances of you getting into a fight/nasty argument with them.
But this is not to say nor imply in any way that you should “HARASS” them!!!!
By the way, I don’t see any mention on that link you gave that it is against the law to refuse to travel with a member of a minority group because of his/her membership of that minority group -not that I am saying here it is not technically illegal -just not sure what the law says about that one.

Why don't you come up with your own opinions instead of replying to mine??

Listen ANDREW. I have to spend the rest of my life without friends or cause
because some little homosexual wanted me to know what it felt like when I'm
passed out from drink. It was the first sexual experience of my life, shortly after
my father left me and I didn't take too it welll.
So why don't you go on and preach to me how inocculous it is, I'm a ...[text shortened]... particular persons fault but
I will not be told that homosexuals are innocent. Not at all.
