So your opinion is science.

Your opinion is that a diet heavy in vegetables is bad for you. Got it.

My daughter is vegetarian and one time she got into trouble eating too much veggies, fiber built up in her intestines and she had a rough couple of weeks in hospital dealing with it.

Hey, you always need balance. As I said, veggies and meats. I did not say vegetarian.

People need enough fat and protein in their diet. Meat is a good source of that, but if she is really that dedicated to avoiding meat she should eat nuts, peanuts and sunflower seeds for fat and protein and not just vegetables. If she eats dairy she should eat cheese for the fat content. Fat is not a bad thing. Our brains need it badly.

We are SO glad you illuminated a field my daughter probably knows nothing about.

But no, she is working on her Phd, so I think she MIGHT know what to eat now.

Every zookeeper in every zoo knows exactly what food every animal species needs for optimal health. But when it comes to optimal diet for humans we have total chaos and confusion where not even 2 experts can agree. Why is this? Why are our governments, news media and schools not teaching its citizens this most important survival knowledge which has been known for centuries? Any guesses?

Because corporations are allowed to advertise and sell barely nutritious food all in the name of making a profit.

And they already privatized the school system, so the dumbing down of America continues at warp speed.

Isn't that a conspiracy theory?

Apparently she doesn't know enough to not eat too many vegetables. If she knows so much about it why did it lead to her being in the hospital?

Facts aren't conspiracy theories.

Unless you're Donald Trump.

I see you, like him, never learned the difference.

Surprisingly, I actually agree with you on that.

One needs to have some basic knowledge to avoid trouble.

For example,
-- Some veggies are far easier to digest if they are steamed first.
-- If you don't give your digestive system enough rest every day, it will also cause problems.
-- If your veggies are saturated with herbicides, it could cause serious problems.

We have cats and find they are finicky eaters and some of that crap like "9 Lives'' cat food, I wouldn't feed it to a starving rattlesnake.
The stuff even FEELS gross if you get some on your hands feeding the cats.

And stinks to high heaven.
