We? Who we? When 'we' cannot do any useful work anymore, then 'we' has seized to exist long time ago. At the extreme conditions at this time, the laws of physics doesn't act in 'our' favor exactly...

Anyway, death of the universe is only a supposition right now, only one of several theories so its a bit early to start crying about all that. Even if it happens, humans won't be there to see it so it is a moot point in any event.
