I think that the people who are from countries that use English as their second or even third language, do really well with their posts, so this is a completely idiotic idea.

Gracias. I saw that I'd failed to capitalize a noun after it was too late to edit, and I thought I had the ending wrong on the adjective, but was too lazy to look it up.

Still, the grammar better than a lot of what we find here, wouldn't you say. 😉

Cut the foreigners some slack.
Sure, someone from Slough, Adelaide or Fort Worth should have a sound command of their own language.
But a lot of people really struggle with English.
They come here and they try their best.
Don't flame them, help them.

Most of the really bad posts are written by native speakers, and some of them (the speakers, not the posts) have shown that they can write much better English if they want, they just don't care. That's what I am up against.
