Forum Moderation - a sensible debate

Less than 5% of users at this site use the forums regularly. They decide to play chess as this is a primarily a chess site

Lets not overstate the importance of the forums here. Most people don't bother to participate and probably a lot of them don't even look in here (* can't be proved one way or the other)
