i don't get it. what is the difference?

it is a law given by god, breaking that law means death, punishment also put forth by god.

i think you need to fruther clarify your stance.

This is what you get when you apply human principles on godly matters.
Just try to get in the right ball park,(with such lines of enquiry),which will require some origonal thought. From there on its just fine-tuning.
