For the record, raping both daughter and mother is not OK in the eyes of Allah. You must pick one or the other or just go out and get more nonrelated kin to rape.
I'm not sure what the penalty is for ignoring these mandates are, however. Maybe they are forced to drink camel's urine as dictated by Mohammad to help "cure their ills"
