Actually there are zero gods, but that is [for this conversation] beside the point.
Whether you believe in them or not, there are an infinite number of god concepts.
Or are you going to claim that the concepts of Thor, Ra, Zeus, Athena, Saga, Venus,
etc etc don't exist...
In which case you are just plainly denying reality.
But now we Christians believe in the one God. So, if you please, stop asking us "which god?" You know perfectly well what god. Banging on and on about other gods just tells us you're still not ready for the truth. Do let us know when you finally "put away childish things".

I will never stop talking about gods plural. For reasons multiply explained.
Asking me to stop is pointless and futile.
I no longer expect you to comprehend the reasons why.

Cool, good to know. So I guess it's "gloves off", then.

I keep saying I never expect you to respect either me or my position so I don't know why
you keep insisting that I expect you to respect either.
And as I have explained to you many many many times.
I/We KNOW that you only believe in ONE specific god. [kinda, depending on trinitarian stuff]
When I/we talk about gods plural it's because we don't have any reason to preference one god
concept over any others. Something you, and many other theists here singularly fail to grasp.
It's kinda the whole point.
The fact that you can give no rational sane [or frankly any period] grounds for preferencing your
god concept over any others IS the point. Because there is no evidence for any gods existence,
and evidence against the existence of yours. Your god is no more likely than any of the tens of
thousands of other imagined gods claimed to exist by other people with exactly as little evidence
and justification as you have. They claim to believe on faith too.
You cannot give a valid justification for believing in your particular 'one god' over any other, or for
believing in any gods period.
This coupled with the fact that it's important to remind certain theists, including yourself, that we
lack a belief in any and all gods. Not just your one particular version.
It's a point [with it's associated consequences] that you, and many other theists here, singularly
and repeatedly fail to get.
It's like your repeated and multiply answered question about "why we atheists reject your god".
We don't. We often reject the idea of your god, it's an abomination after-all, and complete nonsense to boot.
But we don't reject your god. How could we when we don't believe it exists.
Duchess's answer nailed it perfectly [and that was just one of the most recent in a long list of posts and
posters to do so]. You cannot reject a being, or a proposition, you have never met or heard.
Now if your god did exist, and I did meet that god and was convinced that it did exist then I would indeed
reject it as being a monster and utterly and irredeemably evil. However that has not happened, and will
never happen. So I have not, and cannot reject your god.
That you neither accept, nor apparently understand this answer, clearly shows that you still do not
comprehend our position. Or fully understand that we really do not believe that any gods exist.

I get it. I get you. I get your position.
What I don't get is why you have to ram this down our throats at every opportunity and why you have to insist on not showing us the same courtesy.
I understand that you have to seem to have won the argument. Perhaps you gain strength from thinking this. But no, you have NOT answered the question, because you continue to reject God. And furthermore, you cannot admit that you're dancing around the question instead of answering it. Every time you say, "I don't reject God", you are dancing around the question. Actually answering the question would be telling us WHY you reject God.
And yes, once I had gloves on. I offered you and your atheist pals an olive branch, and you spit in my face. Not making the same mistake with you again.

And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
(Revelation 12:9 ( NASB)
What do I mean then? That a thing sacrificed to idols is anything, or that an idol is anything? No, but I say that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers in demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the table of the Lord and the table of demons.
(1 Corinthians 10:19-21 NASB)

How would you know, if there is no one to hear it, nothing to detect it?
And besides, there will be animals in a forest so there will be ears to hear anyway, even microbes might respond to loud banging noises. So the question boils down to 'if there is no CONSCIOUSNESS in the forest and a tree falls, is there a sound?'
