I once had a summer job at an establishment that sold white rats to be used in experiments. They were perfectly decent little animals, and made good pets. That didn't stop the humans from doing the experiments, at the end of which the rats were usually "sacrificed."

Means it's self-contained and self-evident in my life.
Also means it doesn't matter if you catch it or not, or whether I can even explain it properly .
