[b]Chuck's Questions
"Hi. My name's James Charles Williamson. I was born the day before Christmas in 1999, so that makes me twelve (going on thirteen) years old. My sister and parents call me Jimmy but my friends at school and on the soccer team call me Chuck. On that long Thanksgiving Day Weekend, about a month ago, I read a very good book with ...[text shortened]... is way? Is there really a person up there running the sun and the moon and the stars?"

with your views? There are millions of people in the world who don't agree
with your religious views. A lot of them have a different religion and many
others have no religion.
Absolutely no one knows who is right and who is wrong.
There is no one in the world, not you, not anyone, can prove
absolutely conclusively 100% that there is a GOD.
If you say you can you are lying and deluding yourself.
So don't ram your views down my throat or anyone else's throat.
You insist on giving people advice and literature and directing them
to religious websites of your choice in order to convince them to
go along with what you think is right without any consideration
for their intelligence or their right to their opinion.
The websites which you directed me to have no value at all
other to inform me that they sprout the same religious ideals
that you do.
But you don't seem to realise that all those organisations
are interested in is your money, your donations.
They don't give a rats ass about you or anything else.
Unfortunately you have been conditioned in a way that
you cannot see that what for it really is.
Plus I might remind you once more,
Don't get angry at me or anyone else here
just because we are intelligent human beings
capable of analysing your crap for what it really is.
Crap

intensely, one is socially assertive and sometimes rough.
I'd take a bullet for you if your chance for relationship
with God now and eternally depended on it without
batting an eye. Apparently, you don't know me at all.

So I think I should mention this...
I have an IQ in excess of 150.
This means that out of a statistically representative sample of humanity something like 1 in 2000 people
will be as smart or smarter than me.
Which still means that there are a depressingly large (for me) number of people in the ...[text shortened]... omprehension abilities.
... [text shortened]... te clear posts of more than a few sentences.
But when I first read this post I had to laugh, never have I seen someone boast about being... 'smart' like you have. You might consider a little humility there GF, I think you may have just turned off a lot of folks with the 'smarter than thou' arrogance.
There is no doubt that you can craft a post, but don't you think it would be nice if you could communicate with individuals on their level... considering you are 'smarter' than them statistically speaking, vs. making them craft a post that you could comprehend? What I find incredibly coarse is that it is 'depressingly' so to you that 3.2 million are smarter than you out of 7+ billion on earth (wikipedia) that leaves 6.9+ billion dumber than you.
However this still means that I have significantly above average comprehension abilities.
... wow.
Regarding GB’s post that you were responding to, maybe it is fine for the regular guy and it is you that should adjust? Then to blame the guy because you don't comprehend, I mean... do you see the light of day even?
I realize I have jumped in on something here, and I am reacting to something you have said. But this is true, your posts are difficult for some to comprehend at times and require ‘work’ to understand, at least for me... at times they make my head hurt as do some of the other really smart people who post here. Communication is about finding common ground where ideas and exchanges take place, not chastisement or belittling. If we camp out on opposite ends of the spectrum intellectually speaking, what have we gained? Not much in my view.
I came across this today, I am not saying you are unskilled, but sounds a little like your asertion to me, see the Dunning–Kruger effect.
I mean no disrespect, but your self-praise of intellect is a little too much to swallow. Come back down to earth.
