Yes, really.
I don’t see how what you posted related to any part of the post you were replying to.
Maybe you could explain?
The old was the covenant OT law, the NT covenant of grace through faith in Christ. This is new to you?

It appears that Jesus did not understand the new Covenant either. Maybe you should explain it.

Of course not, but how is it relevant to the post of mine which you were replying to?

If you have no idea what the difference between the OT and the NT covenants is, why are you even talking about scripture as if your point of view has anything to do with what scripture says on salvation?

Why don’t you go back to the post you were replying to and make whatever point it is you are trying to make. Make it succinctly, clearly and with minimal church-speak.

Then I’ll gladly respond to it.

You ignore Scripture, so it doesn't matter what anyone says; you only take on those true things as you like them, and if you don't, you have a built-in excuse, church-speak, gobbly glue, fuzz balls, or whatever it is you say when you want to blow off something said to you without addressing the points themselves.

Try responding without quoting scripture as Moonbus advised you. Give the OP some thoughts of your own instead of regurgitating stuff you’ve been taught.

That is you all over speaking about scripture and asking others to refrain from scripture.
