You keep talking about deliberation over courses of action. That, definitionally, has to do with the subject of practical reasoning, but in the course of my studies of that particular topic I have never seen the term 'faith' play any clear role. So, I leave it up to you to explain how it relates to that subject.
Relatedly, I would also appreciate some explanation for why you wrap the subject of 'faith' up with practical reasoning, apparently to the exclusion of theoretical reasoning. If S claims, "I have faith that God exists", then please explain to me what I should take that to mean, specifically in terms of his deliberations over courses of action.
