God Squad refers to those eager to press their faith upon us, but who exchew ordinary conversation. They represent a smaller portion of the RHP demographic than in the US and other secular Xtian nations as a whole, but a larger portion than the world as a whole. Two factors seem critical in accounting for this demographic: 1) most of the world is not Xtian, so the God Squad is a tiny portion of all; 2)chess is a diversion from Bible study, so most God Squad members will not be found here.

Nevertheless, they are quite visible in the forums, especially in the Spirituality forum, where they either feel a sense of ownership, or a sense of imprisonment.

One year in college, of the fifty men on my floor in the dorm, six were "official God Squad" members, one less than the number of Amway distributors. It was a strange year.
