@divegeester saidI'm evading you. I'm a lightweight and you are a heavyweight.....you're out of my class.
So you would agree then that knowledge of god is not limited to the bible?
When I gain more weight I'll reconsider.

@kellyjay saidYour god creates good AND evil . It says so in your Holy Babble .
Evil never ends well, God is a God of life, righteousness, goodness, and love. At no time is evil anything other than evil. Bringing forth life is good, much of the world thinks death is preferable so abortion, genocide, war, and murder are a large parts of the human condition.

@kellyjay saidLMAO ! Your god hates what god does .
Evil is hated by God, we only see evil as bad and not so bad it is so engrained into us we don't even recognize it more times than not we are so used to it. Perfect love will hate evil in the smallest degree., perfect love will always see evil for what it is and not accept it in any degree to suffer it to go forward. The cross of Christ we all can go to because God made a way to Him in Jesus Christ,
@kellyjay saidPerfect love hates? We need to rewrite the logic book for this to make perfect sense. I recall saying something similar, but it was in jest, and to poke fun at someone else. "Some people love to hate, and some hate to love."

However, the way you use it, and are intending, it's not logical. If something is perfect it's also pure. Like perfect gold, which is pure gold, unalloyed with anything else. If love is perfect, then it has to be pure. Pure love, and nothing else. Hate has not part in perfect love, as it's the opposite of love.
Jesus used love and hate to define what the relationship his follower need to take with those who are labeled as enemies. Jesus did really teach to love one's own enemies.
Now, an enemy can also be evil. Therefore if Jesus, being the God represented by the trinity, said to love your enemies, he cannot contradict himself by also saying that he hates his enemies/evil. Case in point, the parable of the wheat and the tares.
Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them.

And yet you are at misanthropic pains to stress that every human being is evil. Indeed, you have asserted that everyone is equally as evil as a rapist.
@pettytalk saidLove and hate are not opposites from one another, good and evil yes. You can love someone had hate the evil someone does to one you love.

Did you perhaps mean to say "You can love someone and hate the evil that the someone you love does"?

@pettytalk saidPerhaps if you engaged in discussion in good faith you might find that people will take you a little more seriously.

@pettytalk saidGod created a very good universe, this included Adam and Eve, in this universe our relationship with our creator and each other should have been one of love, instead with the ability to choose Adam and Eve wanted more defying God. We were made in the image of God, had we walked in love with God and each other this would have been a different place. To create people who could love authentically with the type of love that God has for us, the ability to say no had to be just as real, and taking paths of selfishness instead of loving kindness are now seen for what they are. In the end, going forward when we move from this temporary life into an everlasting one there will be no doubt who is there.

After seeing what sin does to people and the cost it took to redeem us we will not have to be robots in the next life, we will know will choose love over selfishness to not corrupt the next life where no evil is to be allowed in it.

@caissad4 saidNope, everything God does is just, good, righteous. When evil is confronted punishment and retaliation are sure to follow, and it can when a bad guy acts against an innocent what happens to the bad guy after that when lawful justice is applied is good.
So your god deviates . O-o-o kay .
