That’s a very interesting perspective, I’d always thought of Armageddon as the first cleansing.

Some correction on Rajk999's errors:

1. Christian saints do not fight the AntiChrist. This is the job of the mighty angels of God - Michael the Archangel and all the billions of heavenly armies.

I don’t believe in the return of Christ as you might understand it. Happy to discuss further, and accept that he returns, but not to the earth. Open to anyone showing me that I’m wrong (always on any point ) but can’t see how he can.

A good example is that Satan is bound for 1000 yrs . There is therefore no antichrist around. Its a 1000 yrs of peace and prosperity when Christ returns. How therefore can ...[text shortened]... tles with Satan. There is ONE and it is at the end of the millennial reign as Rev 20 states clearly.

The armies that accompany Christ down from heaven have a battle armor which EQUALS the wedding garments that His bride is adorned with. In other words
what qualified them to marry Christ is also what qualifies them to fight the battle with Christ.


"Let us rejoice and exult, and let us give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And it was given to her that she should be clothed in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteousnesses [sic] of the saints." (Rev: 19:7-8)

What qualifies these saints to come to the marriage dinner of the Lamb and be presented as a bride and wife to Christ? The righteousnesses or righteous deeds of the saints. The many righteousnessES are the righteous deeds as fruit of her walking with Christ and abiding in Him in obedience.

These righteousnesses are symbolizes as "fine linen. bright and clean"

In the very same chapter we see that wedding garment is the same as the fighting garment of the saints coming with Christ as His army.

"And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sits on it called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. (v.11)

And the ARMIES which are in heaven FOLLOWED HIM on white horses, dressed in fine linen, white and clean. (v.14)

The Bride - dressed in fine linen bright and clean, for a wedding celebration.

The Bridal Army - dressed in fine linen, white and clean as their armor for battle.

They are rewarded with a marriage feast because of their righteous LIVING.
They are also rewarded to accompany the conquering Christ also the same reason, their righteous living.

The righteousnessES in Revelation 19 is not the positional rightjeousness of Justification by Faith which all believers have. Rather it is the outworking of righteous deeds as the fruit of walking with God righteously. The righteousnesses or righteous DEEDS of the saints is the fruit of their living daily with Christ being expressed in their conduct.

Revelation 19:7-9 proves that a Bride and Wife are a collective invited to the marriage feast of the Lamb.

"And he said to me, Write, Blessed are they who are called to the marriage dinner of the Lamb. And he said to me, These are the true words of God." (v.9)

The ones he is speaking of are in heaven. So they must have been raptured there.
For the chapter begins this way -

"And after these things I heard as it were a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, Hallelujah! The salvation and the glory and the power are of our God." (v.1)

Because they are SAVED human beings rather than angels who need no redemption, they praise God for "salvation" . - "The SALVATION and the glory and the power are of our God."

It is of this multitude that are heard out of heaven and are located at that time in heaven who are the invitees who have prepared themselves to marry the Lamb.

" . . . for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready." (v.8)

She made herself ready by walking with God, abiding in Christ, obeying the commands of Christ and not PRESUMMING that just because she is saved everything else can be neglected.

"And it was given to her that she should be clothed in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteousnesses [sic] [or righteous deeds] of the saints.

As a reward distinct from eternal life, she is also prized with coming down from heaven with Christ to the battle of Armageddon. This is a honor granted them in addition to the gift of eternal life. And their righteous living is also their battle armor of fighting garment.

"And the armies which are in heaven followed Him . . . dressed in fine linen, white and clean." (v.14)

We have been told already in Revelation 17 that the overcoming Lamb will be accompanied by those with Him who were called and chosen and faithful.

"These [evil kings] will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and KIng of kings; and they who are with Him, the called and chosen and faithful, will also overcome them" (Recovery Version) Rev. 17:14)

The italicized words are supplied to extract the clear meaning. Literally it would read -
" . . . and the Lamb will overcome them; for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and they who are with Him, the called and chosen and faithful . . . "

It is important to understand that many are called.
Few are chosen.
But of these the ones with Him have added the ingredient of FAITHFULNESS.
We Christians may be called. And though God is faithful we may not be so faithful. But if we are called and chosen and in addition to these we ADD our FAITHFULNESS, then we are rewarded to accompany the overcoming Lamb as we have overcome with Him.

The bridal army with Christ are these "called and chosen and faithful" .
They will be raptured temporarily to heaven and come back down with Christ to battle Antichrist and defeat him. Probably with speaking and praising and shouting and commanding the evil forces with succumb under the supernatural power of Christ and His overcoming army.

Yes.

Though the apostle John said there would be and are many antichrists in his epistle.

Soon I will prove to you that it is the Rapture of the manchild in Revelation 12 that is the catalyst which causes the Antichrist,. the final one, to appear.

You must be careful to master every sentence in Revelation 12 for me to help you see this. In fact I think I might be able to get you to show me that that has to be the case.
