Jesus was in no way artificial!

What does Matt 24: 3-14 mean and when will these things happen?

(( A side point of interest is in verse 3. The apostles asked what the "sign be of his presence" would be. If he was coming back in the flesh and all humans could see him, they would not have asked this question...))

galveston75 do you believe Christ returned in 1914? You know there are scriptures that support a very real & physical return.

Yes he did. Thats when these scriptures started to be fulfilled. Look at the history of events that have happened since then. Doesn't take to much to see that. Plus 1914 was the end of the Gentile times that had started in 607 BCE.
The scriptures your refering to do not mean a physicle return. Again why would the apostles ask that question if it was going to be a fleshly return?

What is Zechariah 14:4 speaking of ? Reference this with Acts 1:10-11 sounds very real & personal don't you think? I'm just asking not so much to start an argument but these two scriptures alone militate against Jesus having come back in 1914. Also there is the scriptures that says that every eye will see him?

Also I ask just from plain logic. Why did Christ return in 1914 and not reveal himself to the world? The Acts 1:14 is very hard to refute. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maranatha I believe the early Christians were looking for Christ return. I always thought it was/is a fundamental belief that Christ is going to return again for Christians. So if he already returned now what? (I don't believe that Christ has returned)

How will every eye see him if he is a man?

Do you claim to know what form he is in .. man or spirit?
He said ".. every eye will see him" END OF STORY.
Several places said He will be seen. Nobody will miss it.

You need to stop trying to fit the Bible to suit the JW doctrine.
It supposed to be the other way around.

I'm not sure but the Scriptures say this? Have no idea how. So either we have a contradiction that can't be solved or Jesus being God/Man the Theanthropos can do this. Think about this if you believe what the bible says than no one is worthy no one to be with God or go to heaven or whatever right? It makes sense to me that God would provide & in essence be the sacrifice for sins. However how would /could God accomplish this? if no man is worthy? If Jesus was just a mere man than He would not be perfect and could not be the Sacrifice which God would demand for sin. God stepped down out of Heaven.

What are the historical events since 1914? Ton of wars which is common to mankind. I'm not great on eschatology but if Christ had returned in 1914 for what purpose?(I say this from your vantage point) Evil has not ceased, He is not ruling like for the 1000 years at least not yet. It does not make any sense. So He came in 1914 invisibly then did what? Nothing if that were true. When Christ returns it's to lay the smack down and rule the Earth.
