1. Everyone deserves to be punished for eternity because all humans are evil in the eyes of God. [Peeing on someone's back.]
2. You have to believe in God and seek His forgiveness ~ because YOU are evil ~ otherwise you face "damnation". [Telling them it's raining.]
3. God has revealed to me how you can be "saved" from this fate. [Offering an umbrella.]

@fmf saidIs someone having unforgiven sins in his life the same as someone being “evil?”

I don’t think so.
God doesn’t want unforgiven sins in Heaven. Heaven is God’s home. It’s not your home.
You wouldn’t tell your neighbor under what conditions you can enter his home. Why do you think human beings get to tell God that?

@divegeester saidCan you cite the Scripture that says that?
Using “evil” in this context of the unsaved, is completely scriptural.

@divegeester saidWhile you’re at it, find the Scriptures that say everyone goes to Heaven 😉
Maybe I’ll look into it… what is you say…”over the weekend” 😉
@pb1022 saidThat's not the issue.
Do you have the right to set the criteria by which you enter God’s home?
The issue is that the followers call it a "free gift" when it obviously isn't.
"Work out your salvation with fear and trembling" - now there is a more accurate description of that belief system.
@bigdogg saidYou should read some commentaries on that verse. I don’t think it means what you think.
