I don't own or have a god figure.
Your god figure is the Christian one.

Different perspectives are defined by people viewing things differently, so looking
at the same data or hearing what someone else says may not be enough, no
matter what authorities are invoked on any given topic to alter another’s thinking.
How do you think the God that you worship handled this facet of human nature that you describe above?

The question is then, which is the correct reality? That everything in existence existed in one form or another in eternity past? Or is/was everything in existence brought into existence from nothing?
The answer is, I suppose, none of us know. However, for what it's worth, I am inclined towards "everything in existence has always existed in one form or another".

The term "god figure" doesn't exist in the lexicon of the Bible.

Your use of that term underscores your methodology of derailing discourse relative to the topic of discussion. It's merely the pithy way you show insult and disrespect for the faith and beliefs of Christians.

Christians don't have a "god figure". We have a Father God.

You'll know that for a fact in the not too distant future.

I know, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that everything was created by God from nothing, and I know it not by logic, but by faith.

You're "inclined" to believe everything in existence has always existed in one form or another based on a presumptive logic contrived from human origin.

That's the best you got. It's doubtful, faithless and unprovable.

Human beings have all manner of god figures and have had them all over the world and all down through history. The one in the Bible is just one of them.

"God figure" is a neutral term. It also refers accurately, to my way of thinking, to the subject of religiosity. You ought not to feel insulted.

It doesn't much matter what names you give to your god figure. It's OK by me if you want to call it "Father God", but I'm not going to.

Yes, I know this is how you feel. I have been around theists - believers in a creator God - all my life.

I am inclined to believe everything in existence has always existed in one form or another because I haven't heard a more credible explanation. But, as I say, it's just conjecture. No one knows for sure. Everyone sings what they think is the most plausible tune on this mystery.

"Unprovable": as things stand, we're all in the same boat with our speculations on the 'provable' front.

"Doubtful": there's nothing wrong with "doubt" when it comes to things we are not sure of. "Doubt" is healthy. "Doubt" is very often appropriate.

"Faithless": if, by this, you mean I have no religious "faith", then that's true.
