You missed the point. Probably deliberately.
Nope. You said, yet again, that my stance is that "there is no God". You have said it dozens of times, and dozens of times, I have set you straight. It is you who misses the point. Watch Memento; it's an ingenious film.

"One day"?
Yes, as in, in the future, if scientific study and exploration continue.

That "day" is closer than you think, and science won't save you when it comes.
"Save me" from the things that your faith tells you are going to happen to you and me?

My concept of religion is just fine. Religion is man-made. Christianity is a religion. Christianity is man-made. etc. etc.
Your concept of religion isn't just fine.

You are in error. You are mistaken. God is a person. God doesn't care anymore about ones religion than you do. God cares about you personally. God wants a personal relationship with you.

And that relationship isn't based on ones religion. It's a logical no-brainer.

The problem with is with you, not God. The sooner you understand and acknowledge that the better off you'll be. Only then will you begin to grasp the truth, which will set you free.

Christianity is solely and foremost about a "relationship" with the living God.

Anything you or anyone else says contrary to that cannot stand. Will not stand. The Word of God "cannot be broken."

I know full well this is what Christians believe.

"Agnostic-atheism" is merely a soft-pedaling of the idea that "there is no God".

Your mental gymnastics notwithstanding.

Besides that I am well aware of your "religious" position with regards to the existence of God as you have made it abundantly clear in the past.

Your problem is you're too narrowly focused on your own perspective and can't flex enough mentally beyond your rigid stance to realize it's not about you.

Instead you'll fixate on a single word and post ad nauseum about it in a defensive posture until you're satisfied you've won some debate.

I'll try to find time to watch Memento. Perhaps I'll glean a little more insight of your world view.

Pin point. Save you from your errant view of agnostic-atheism that has blinded you against the truth of the scriptures.

To say or even think that Jesus isn't the light of the world is without a shred of intellectual merit. The very idea that Jesus isn't The Way is as blinding as it gets. Leads to death.

It's a very narrow humanistic concept of what religion really is.

Religion leads one away from God. Just look at yourself and your own experience with it. Didn't do you any good did it?

Didn't do Cain any good either. That's where religion got started. Religion really boils down to just a system of man's efforts to appease a God that doesn't need anything from man.

It's useless.

It's what God wants us to know. God wants man to know he can have a relationship with God.

The problem men have with that isn't because he(man) doesn't believe in God, but because the relationship is based on God's terms.

Ergo religion.

Oh no you aren't.
Ya runnin away! Ya runnin away !!

( Great post on Cain and the first religion ).

Okay skeptoids, the first man made religion devoid of revelation - full of man's idea and invention.
