Once I realized I no longer believed the claims that Christians make about themselves and about the meaning of Jesus' life, I stopped self-identifying as a Christian and have self-identified as a non-Christian ever since.
Yeah, that sounds totally believable 🙄

Was there any rational thought process that lead to this realization that you can actually share or was it like one of those brain dead realizations you have when you realize that you have soiled your undergarments?
LOL

Originally posted by @fmfThat’s not Christian faith. You completely took God out of the equation. I honestly don’t know if you ever were a Christian if you think God and the Resurrection of Jesus Christ are not part of Christianity.

Here you are saying you honestly don’t know if I was ever a Christian. So what? What response do you think this is supposed to elicit from me?

You think God has nothing to do with the Christian faith? You think Jesus Christ’s Resurrection has nothing to do with the Christian faith?
Are you actually serious or is this some sort of elaborate trolling on your part?

I guess it depends on your motivation in claiming to have been a Christian and whether you’re purposefully being deceptive.
It's just like old times.
