I say this in all seriousness: this is about the craziest thing I have ever heard of that someone could request their own banning and that a moderator would meet this request. RB, I was fulling prepared to ask for my own banning as a sacrificial atonement for your banning to bring you back to life in this forum. I'm serious.

Yes and no. The quality of vinyl pressings in South Africa was abysmal when I was growing up; now I can get hold of good quality vinyl in specialist record shops. It's got to the stage where I'm buying vinyl copies of things I already have on cd...
Too bad about the quality of vinyl back in the days when you were young. But you should be glad you can get better quality vinyl records now. Always look on the bright siide of life. whissling-whissling-whissling. Always look on the... on the... on the... [bam] !
