Yes. Don't you too?
When we fall short of our own ideals how do you think we will stand before a Holy God?
Presumably you believe that we will be judged and then possibly be tortured in burning agony for all eternity, right?
If you use people as your standard of rightousness, you pick up all of the
fallen nature we all share.
So you share the "fallen nature" too despite using the person of Jesus as your standard? Is that what you are admitting?

God or not. The not leaves you in the only other place that lake of fire.
It was made for Satan and his angels, then all of those that joined him.
Yes, I admit without Christ in my life I'd have no hope, and with Christ
I'm saved in him due to his righteousness not my own, due to my
fallen nature.

experiencing it. Just as those that God will not hold their sins against
them will never be condemned, but be shown mercy. Those that are
condemned will feel God's wrath.
I do not believe on judgment day God will mix mercy with wrath. You
will either enter into mercy of an eternal holy God, or enter into His
wrath. As great as one is, the other will be just as horrible, every sin will
be paid in full.

I did not go to God for that, because I do not feel like it was a snide

So my life is "full of evil" and your life is "full of evil" too, according to you? Why didn't you say so when you claimed that my life is "full of evil" after I explained how I try to live a morally sound life? You say: "You are no different than me or anyone else". If this is in fact so, then what difference does it make that you mention Jesus all the time?
make ourselves righeous, I believe both of our rightdousness is as
filthy rags I have said compared to what we are going to held
accountable to, which is God.
The only one that can save any of us, and I do hope you get saved is
Jesus Christ. If you look around at people and say how they behave is
the standard by which I live, that is a moving target and a very low bar.
Since we have all ready done enought to be condemned, than Christ is
our only hope.
