I advocate for the gospel preached by Jesus during His ministry.

You advocate for the gospel according to those other than Jesus.

Why do you want someones name. Many thousands and thousands who heard Jesus peach and followed and kept his teachings are his true disciples. All of the 12, then the 70 and many hundreds more sent out to preach. Their names are written in the book of life. They are true disciples. They preached the teachings of Christ, they are true disciples. You do not preach the teachings of Christ, and you are not a true disciple of Christ.

Anything to avoid accepting the words spoken by Jesus. For many Christians the prospect of getting the "free gift" renders them deaf and blind. Though most refuse to admit it, they pick and choose the verses and passages that support their beliefs and dismiss those that don't and often do so in a most disingenuous manner.

So Thomas, one of the twelve, was a true disciple of Christ then ?

Why don't you believe his witness then but substitute your own opinion?

"Thomas answered and said to Him [Jesus], My Lord and my God!

Jesus said to him, Because you have seen Me, you believed, blessed are those who have not seen and have believed." (John 20:28,29)

Or are you furiously inventing ways to refute both Thomas, and John and Jesus Himself here in favor of your own opinion about who Jesus is ?
