Why do you think your god(s) allowed you to be a believer and why did he/they choose to not pursuade others? Why are you special?

I guess more the point is why they [sic] didn't feel you were special enough...

well ... yes.
same question
but as everyone knows themselves it is probably easier to say why one has been chosen rather than why others have not(?)

May i add something here.

You are never chosen and this is a misconception (there are no chosen people)

Spiritual life is meant to bring one to the understanding of who they really are (spiritual soul eternal) what is God and what is the purpose of this life we all have, of birth, disease, old age and death.

The only bonafide teaching to give us all this knowledge is the Vedanta teachings, and all other teachings are a hit and miss on truth.

People according to their natures and present knowledge, will adopt a religion that satisfies their material desires, for example one who enjoys meat eating will become a christian because it allows the slaughtering of animals.

A person who likes mind bending games will become a Buddhist, and a person who is born in a Islamic country will become a muslim.

A person seeking higher truth will not become a christian, or muslim or jew and will search elsewhere for higher truth.

That's it! 😲

That's why I was chosen. I'm special.

Thanks wolf, it never would have occurred to me if you hadn't brought it up.

I've been asking myself that question for a long time. 'Why me Lord'? Now I know.

The truth is about Jesus, not Vendetadntadet.

Seriously. Why does your god not reveal himself to everyone?

Are you special?

"A person who likes mind bending games will become a Bhuddist."

Lol!! Are you serious. You ever met an ordained monk? I would've called them "airheads" before I would say they like mind bending games.

I think you mean people who talk about Bhuddism. Not Bhuddists.

Edit: And we are both generalising too much.

Sorry wolfgang, I cant help you with your question. Either we are all special or no one is.

"Seriously"

Are you ready for this?

God couldn't be any more "revealed" if He walked up to you and slapped you on the face.

Don't try to tell me that when you look up into the night sky and stretch your mind as far as it will go, that what you see wasn't created.

And not only that. We have the testimony of God's Word.

Or you can choose to be blind.

people are weak and need to believe in something to help them through life, some feel a god/s are looking after them while others find different means. so basically to answer your question, their 'god' didn't chose them they choose their god/s.

Dear WG59:

God is an eternal optimist. He created everyone with their name IN the Book of Life's, not out of it. Not only is everyone invited to the after-hours party, some attend without even so much as their approval! For those who consciously decided, however, only those who openly and willfully reject the invitation end up outside the gates.

Hurry! Time's running out!

So you created out of your own intelligence the form of the birth root of compassion!
What was the exact agent that eased you to bring up this object?
