I'm not having that Sally!!!!
Gary Megson, Bryan Robson, and on a more personal level Martin Peters are honourary members for 'Worst Ever Football Manager'!!!
By the way, if you dislike that city down the M62 so much, why are you named after one of their bands hits???

So you judge a manager's quality by his press conferences?
🙄
As far as I can see he prepares his players to be liars, to be excuse makers and to act like little children on the pitch. The lies told about Poll at the weekend are ridiculous, yet par for the course with Chelsea. I guess they didn't realise that he was on open mic for the entire game.
"Hackett says he will investigate Chelsea's claims that official Poll said they "needed to be taught a lesson" at Tottenham.
Newspaper reports alleged Poll made the remarks and suggested he told Chelsea: "Your discipline is out of order". "
And how's this for childishness..."Left-back Cole was one of the Chelsea players who was yellow-carded and he was quoted as saying: "With my booking, I said to him, 'I'm more than 10 yards. Why should I go back if I am more than 10 yards?'
"And he said, 'Because I said so.' I said, 'But I'm more than 10 yards', and that was it. Yellow card. No warning or explanation. "
It all seems to follow from the tactics of Mourinho to always blame referees, opponents, etc, etc, etc for when things go wrong. What with you being culturally Italian 🙄, maybe cheating and ungentlemanly behaviour is your thing, but its not for me.

You obviously arnt understanding my point very well here so let me clarify for you. My Disaproval of Mourinho has nothing to do with the brand of football they play or my personal feelings for chelsea. I am a life long Liverpool fan and my hatered runs a lot deeper for a certain team down the M62 than it does for some cockney no marks, who when mr amb ...[text shortened]... " because that is surely where mr Mourihos name belongs my friend, the scurge of football.
You can't see this objectively and it's clear for everyone that isn't tainted by the same bias.

You said his man-management skills are the best, I said he gets his players to act like spoilt brats. I provided evidence of how Mourinho's behaviour affected his players.
You're overplaying your idiot card over the past few days. I'd like to see your "statistics" which say that Irish people are British.

Sorry if that bothers you, but there's a reason why there's an adjective in Great Britain.
I said that if they act like brats is a consequence of a winning mentality, then it doesn't really matter. A manager's job is to make his team win. If the rules are permissive with brat-like behaviour, then it cannot be blamed on the manager.

The word exeactly.
But seriously, the thread is called 'BEST Manager, not GREATEST'. I'm sorry if you're confused.
So what you are saying is their is a differance between the best manager ever and greatest manager ever. Please explain this as i am as confused as you seem to be
