No they are not. No team has played 12 games yet. And this will be my last post on the matter, as I highly suspect that your whole motivation for starting this thread in the first place, was just to get a rise out of someone. I will not take the bait.

Man, Super Bowl XXXVI really messed you up, didn't it?

It's really not right to place this guy in with all of the guys in the past who have given us all such great memories, but right now the guy playing the best is by far Tony Romo. But, it's probably a fluke, if not he is going to have a very, very great career.
And Bulger, in fact, is doing better than Brady!!!! HA!!!!
1) Bulger
2) Peyton
3) Brees / McNabb (inj - he started off very nice)
4) Romo - on fire, but needs to prove himself alot.
Originally posted by RamnedVinatieri got the Patriots past Oakland, but he was not a factor in the AFC Championship game against Pittsburg. (Neither, I'll admit, was Brady). But Adam Vinatieri did not hold the self-proclaimed Greatest Show on Turf to 17 points. And while he booted the game winning field goal, someone still had to get them into field goal range in a little over a minute while John Madden was trying to convince us that the right think to do was to take a knee.

I'm not going to say that Brady is the best ever, but he's a lock as a first-ballot Hall of Famer already and his career probably isn't even halfway over yet.
