I can't think of a better bicycle kick than Rivaldo's winner against Valencia:

Last game of the season and Barça needed to win
to qualify for the Champions League while Valencia
needed just a draw. Rivaldo scored an amazing
hat-trick, which included a bicycle kick winner from
the edge of the box when the game was tied with
less than 2 minutes to go. Both other goals are also
true beauties.

Truly amazing.
