Timeouts: I have no strict rules, but rather 'tendencies'. I will be more inclined to timeout someone who is anonymous, with a poor punctuality record, who is beating me, when I desperately want to challenge someone else (being a non-sub), than if these factors are absent.
Settings: I normally go for 1/3 and prefere black, but will accept otherwise.
