Played club chess when I was young - used to be rated about 2000 but very rusty now - nevertheless have always loved the game and still own and study many chess books and theory regularly - haven't played much last 10 years except for teaching my kids. (I will refer to my books in most of my games as I see this site as an opportunity to research and learn better openings / middle game etc)
Openings I like :
White - Giuoco Piano, Ruy Lopez (have tried Colle, 150, the grob and various English openings).
Black - I often play the Sicilian but been looking at the Caro-Kann and Slav recently so I might try these out.
