For me, chess is a casual pastime (and my rating reflects that attitude). I'm just here for a few friendly games... 😉
I don't usually take time-outs, but some players seem to be taking advantage of my easy-going nature and are making me question the wisdom of this lenient policy. Therefore, if I have any reason to suspect that you are merely stalling (for instance, you take the time to make moves in other games but ignore your game with me), I will claim the win in a tournament. For friendly games, I'll continue to be pretty lax: I've waited up to six months, in some cases! 😵
