Hi all, 60ish male who used to play chess regularly many years ago and just started playing again since 2023. I play a strong game and most times will give you a hard fought competitive match, when I’m not making rushed spontaneous stupid moves.
I am here trying to learn, win or lose, if I learn something in a loss then it’s still a win. don’t really follow ratings, and never use chess engines, cheating may improve your rating but doesn’t improve your knowledge.
